How to return
Reach out to us and we'll send you a free return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Send approved returns to: Gaujas iela 26-6, Ligatne, LV-4110, LV, Latvia.

Damaged or wrong item?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank may take additional time to process the payment. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it yet, please get in touch at hello@beempedal.com.
