SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders across Europe. No minimum order value required.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Delivery We ship via DPD to all European countries. Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 1-2 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking Every order comes with full tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Customs and Import Duties For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply. If you are located in a European country outside the EU, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Beem Pedal.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@beempedal.com and we will look into it right away.
